Do you suffer from kyphosis?

Kyphosis is a condition that occurs in the upper back. This condition produces an abnormal curvature of the spine that tilts it forward, causing a hump. Kyphosis can develop at any age, but it is more common in puberty, adulthood and mostly in women due to osteoporosis or arthritis, however it can also occur in men over 65 years of age.
Among the most likely causes of kyphosis, including degenerative diseases of the spine such as arthritis, osteoporosis and spondylosis, are other conditions such as scoliosis and injuries or damage to the spine such as a fracture from an accident or even at the time of birth. Symptoms include back pain, upper back weakness, shortness of breath, fatigue, and balance problems given the posture it induces.
